the Client, providing all technical assistance in the adoption of the best solution for the project, and accompanying the necessary steps until its completion.<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on the specific needs of each project and throughout the different stages of its life cycle, the scope of action of YME, Ld.\u00aa, covers a wide range of typologies of environmental studies,<\/p>\n <h3>Service summary<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Selection of viable land<\/strong> for the project location;<\/li><li>Analysis of <strong>environmental constraints<\/strong> and land use planning, for the implementation of the project;<\/li><li><strong>Preliminary Assessment Studies<\/strong>, for decision by the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA), as to whether or not the project fits into the <strong>Legal Regime for Environmental Impact Assessment<\/strong> (RJAIA);<\/li><li><strong>Environmental Impact Studies<\/strong> (EIA) and monitoring of the environmental impact assessment process, until obtaining the Environmental Impact Decision (DIA) and issuing the Single Environmental Title (TUA);<\/li><li>Execution Project <strong>Environmental Compliance Reports<\/strong> (RECAPE);<\/li><li><strong>Environmental Incidence Studies<\/strong> (EIncA) and monitoring of the environmental impact assessment process, until obtaining the Environmental Incidence Decision (DIncA) and the issuance of the Single Environmental Title (TUA);<\/li><li><strong>Reflection and Glare Studies;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Landscape Integration Plans;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Environmental Monitoring Plans<\/strong> for the Construction and Exploration phases;<\/li><li><strong>Compensatory Measures Plans<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>Facility Deactivation Plans;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Waste Management Plans;<\/strong><\/li><li>Environmental <strong>Licensing Process<\/strong> under the
