purchase and sale of renewable energy projects, involving the various stages, from the identification of the project, in the Development, RTB or Operation phase, including the preparation of the process, identification, analysis and due diligence, monitoring of the negotiation up to the transaction phase of the purchase or sale of the project.<\/h2>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_e7ft91 wraplistasec isfixtx  \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n    <p>Energy transition policies have favoured growing demand in Portugal from national and international investors for the acquisition of renewable energy projects, whether in the development phase, RTB or in operation.<br \/>\nIf you are an investor and want to identify business opportunities to buy or sell renewable energy projects, we are available to support you throughout the M&#038;A process. <\/p>\n<p>The services provided by YME, Lda include the preparation, development, analysis and evaluation, including due diligence of M&#038;A processes related to the transaction of renewable energy projects.<\/p>\n<p>Our services encompass the various stages of the M&#038;A process, starting with preparation by identifying the business opportunity of the Projects available for sale, providing support to the investor in providing basic information on the project, defining objectives for both parties interested in the transaction, establishing the best strategy for reaching and realising the deal, including in particular.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of the Process, including Teaser, with summarised information about the business, with the aim of generating interest in potential investors<\/li>\n<li>Initial contacts with potential buyers<\/li>\n<li>Presentation of First Proposals<\/li>\n<li>Negotiations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The services provided by YME also include support in the due diligence process, which involves carrying out the necessary steps to analyse and assess the situation regarding environmental or other constraints, the opinions of entities, licensing and compliance with legal or other
