Lot 1-2019 – Montechoro I Solar Photovoltaic Plant

The Montechoro I Solar Photovoltaic Plant project materializes Lot 1 of the 1st Competitive Procedure for Allocation of Injection Capacity Reserve in the Public Service Electricity Grid, for Photovoltaic Solar Energy, carried out by DGEG in 2019. h2>
The project is located in the parish of Paderne, in the municipality of Albufeira, occupies an area of 14.3 ha and includes the installation of 21,420 photovoltaic panels of 540 Wp, with a total installed power of 11, 567 MWp and a connection power to the 10 MVA grid, 7 1,637 kW/kVA inverters, 2 transformer stations, one with 6,560 kVA and one with 4,920 kVA, a 15 kV isolating station and a medium voltage line at 15 KV with an extension of 4,497 m.

- Requests for Localization Reports to Entities;
- Study of Prior Appreciation for the decision to be included in the RJAIA, by the APA;
- Environmental Impact Study (APA);
- Application for Attribution of Production License, with DGEG.
Licenses obtained
- Declaration of Environmental Impact (DIA) and Single Environmental Title (TUA), issued by the APA;
- Authorization for Cutting/Uprooting Tree Species of Protected Species, issued by ICNF;
- Production License, issued by DGEG.
